The Real Estate & Land Use team deals regularly with the entire range of real estate-related issues and transactions. We offer property owners, institutional investors, developers and lenders a complete range of legal services for real estate acquisition, financing, public law, leasing, development, management and disposition issues.

Our attorneys provide counsel in all phases of the redevelopment process, our services include redevelopment designation, preparation of redevelopment plans, contract negotiation and document drafting; financing; construction; leasing; approvals; and permitting. We address eminent domain matters, owner displacement questions, environmental concerns, and real property tax abatement and other tax issues.

We have particular experience helping prospective purchasers of contaminated properties to maximize protection from liability for pre-existing conditions, leverage economic incentives, and ensure remediation flexibility under federal and state programs. Should the need for real estate-related litigation arise, our team is experienced in handling matters in the areas of contract, lease and option disputes, challenges to zoning and land use determinations, disputes among associates in real estate entities, contested foreclosures of large real estate developments and commercial landlord/tenant foreclosures.
