The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) is co-sponsoring a workshop addressing Pollution Prevention and LEAN Principles training (“Workshop”).
ADEQ states that Zero Waste Network will “teach businesses methods for improving efficiency, eliminating waste and increasing the bottom line.”
The Workshop agenda items include:
- Pollution Prevention and LEAN Planning
- Examples of P2
- Pollution Prevention.Tools & Resources
- LEAN Tools
- Environmental Management Systems
- Documentation & Measurement
The Workshop will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday (May 31 – June 1) from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The Workshop will be located at the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies in Little Rock.
