LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Attorneys Walter Wright, Wade Bowen and Matt Brunson presented an educational seminar for the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association (AMHA) this week to provide updates on the changes to the state’s landlord-tenant statute. Henry was a litigator and focused his practice on commercial transactions and dispute resolution including creditors’ rights, eminent domain and commercial litigation. During his legal career, Henry was recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America” for financial services regulation law and for litigation - banking and finance. He was a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Little Rock Rotary Club.

Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. deeply regrets to announce that partner Chris Barrier passed away on July 3, 2021, in Little Rock. He was 78 years of age.

Barrier concentrated his law practice on real estate, secured lending and municipal finance.  During his career, he was recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America” and Chambers USA for real estate law, land use and zoning law, and municipal law. He also served as chairman of the Arkansas Bar Association’s banking law section and the real estate section.
