LITTLE ROCK – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates and Woodyard, P.L.L.C., member Stuart Miller will participate in the annual meeting of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys from April 18 to April 22 in Austin, Texas.
The Association of Defense Trial Attorneys is an organization of select attorneys whose principal focus is defense of claims at the request of insurance companies and self-insured entities. Only one prime member of the association is selected from each municipality with a population of less than 1 million. Miller has been a member of ADTA since May 2017.
Miller is a trial attorney widely recognized for his significant accomplishments in the courtroom. He has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, products liability litigation, bad faith insurance defense and “Bet the Company” litigation as well as high-stakes personal injury defense cases.
