Arkansas Business has named Christopher McNulty, an attorney with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C., to its 21st Annual "40 Under Forty" list.
Each year, Arkansas Business honors 40 impressive business and political leaders under 40 years old who are on the rise in their profession. The honorees are recognized in Arkansas Business and at a luncheon, held this year on June 25.
McNulty is a bankruptcy lawyer who represents clients in the areas of workout negotiations, bankruptcy, non-bankruptcy litigation, and complex Chapter 11 issues. He has been involved in some of the state's largest bankruptcy cases including Affiliated Foods Southwest of Little Rock and Allens Inc. of Siloam Springs. McNulty is a regular speaker at continuing legal education (CLE) seminars on various topics including bankruptcy, landlord/tenant issues, and collection matters. He is also a member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee.
McNulty previously served as a Staff Attorney to The Honorable Richard D. Taylor, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He is also an active member and former chair of the ACCESS Schools Bingo Bash Committee, which raises money for scholarships to the school.
