ROGERS, Ark. (Dec. 10, 2008) - Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C., a law firm with offices in Rogers and Little Rock, Ark., Austin, Tex., and New York , has announced the addition of Heather M. Bell as Counsel to its business group. She joins the firm’s Rogers office specializing in business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, lending and financing, securities and real estate matters.
Bell provides counsel to financial institutions and companies on a variety of lending, transactional, corporate governance, entity formation and general business matters and represents both buyers and sellers in all aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes drafting public company annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy statements, press releases, Section 16 reports and other Exchange Act documents and representing both underwriters and issuers in public and private securities offerings.
Prior to joining Mitchell Williams, Bell served as an associate attorney for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in San Francisco, California. She received a received a Juris Doctorate degree from Duke University in 2002. In 1997, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She is admitted to practice in both California and Arkansas.
