Professional Experience

Representation of insurance companies in civil litigation, including defense of medical malpractice claims, products liability and general insurance defense. Representation of self-insured companies in mass tort litigation, and representation of qualified medicaid providers under the Child Health Management Services Program. Member of the Firm’s Information Management and Security practice team with emphasis on data security and electronic discovery issues, including advising clients on security policies and procedures, crisis response plans, data retention policies, as well as planning for and responding to discovery requests for electronically stored information.
