Ms. Taylor’s practice is concentrated on water quality standards, as well as representation of clients in enforcement proceedings and permit disputes, and environmental improvement projects before state and federal environmental
regulatory agencies. She regularly advises clients on solid and hazardous waste issues and toxic tort litigation, serves as counsel for individual PRPs in government Superfund actions and PRP steering committee prosecuting claims against third parties, and advises clients with NPDES permitting issues.
Representation includes: various businesses and professionals subject to licensing or permitting by state agencies; corporations and municipalities in third-party rulemaking proceedings and defense of environmental claims.
Prior to joining Mitchell Williams, Ms. Taylor worked as counsel for the Arkansas Prosecuting Attorney’s Association and as chair of the Arkansas Criminal Detention Facilities Commission.
