Thirteen years experience as a legal secretary in litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, personal injury representation, products liability and off shore litigation representation.  Two years experience as a paralegal in personal injury representation, products liability and off shore litigation representation, with responsibilities in case management managing document cases; organizing and analyzing medical records and other documents in personal injury, products liability and off shore litigation; drafting pleadings and correspondence; performing legal research; coordinating and managing discovery schedules, preparing trial documents and exhibits and assisting attorneys in trial.
