Professional Experience

Representing developers, lenders and investors in scores of real estate, business, and asset-based financing transactions. Has participated in a substantial number of deals involving low income housing tax credits under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, since its inception in 1986. Represents lenders in many different areas of development as well as permanent financing. Provides advice to physicians and physician groups regarding internal corporate matters, regulatory issues and joint ventures with other health care providers.
