Advises employers on various labor and employment matters including hiring and termination of employees, non-competition agreements, and unemployment benefit matters. Handles litigation under ERISA related to employee benefit claims including disability and accidental death. Represents insurance companies, manufacturing companies, and other business entities in various class action lawsuits in state and federal courts in Arkansas. Â
