Representing and advising banking clients in connection with merger acquisitions, formations and other banking regulatory matters. Representing and advising various public utilities in rate case and other regulatory matters. Representing various clients (a) in developing and protecting trademarks through litigation and registration; (b) regarding patent rights and developing contractual arrangements for use of patents and (c) in registering and protecting copyrights. Handling a wide variety of general/corporate and business matters and related litigation.
