Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) Office of Land Resources Branch Manager (Compliance & Emergency Response) Penny Wilson undertook a presentation at the Arkansas Environmental Federation Regulated Waste Workshop.
Ms. Wilson’s presentation was titled Hazardous Waste Program - Inspection Findings & Enforcement Actions (“Presentation”).
