LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (August 1, 2014) "“Ginger Hyneman has joined Mitchell Williams' litigation practice in Jonesboro. Hyneman's practice focuses on complex product liability litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, ERISA litigation and First Amendment and media issues.
Hyneman is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, as well as the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas.
Prior to joining Mitchell Williams, Hyneman was Counsel at Quattlebaum Grooms. She holds her J.D. from University of Arkansas School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lyon College.
Hyneman also serves as adjunct faculty at Arkansas State University.
