The CleanEnergy States Alliance (“Alliance”) has issued a document titled A Directory of State Clean Energy Programs and Policies for Low-Income Residents (“Directory”).
The Alliance states it is a national nonprofit coalition of public agencies and organizations working together to advance clean energy.
The Directory surveys current and planned state activities that are attempting to provide clean energy to low-income residents and communities. The Directory focuses primarily on clean energy generation. However, it covers some energy-efficiency initiatives.
Low-income weatherization programs are not addressed.
Programs from 12 states are discussed. No Arkansas programs are addressed.
A copy of the Directory can be downloaded here.
