Chubb has issued a paper addressing a number of issues dealing with electronic waste disposal.
The article is authored by Jasmine Nasiri, Steven Piatkowski, Frank Westfall and is titled Electronic Waste: Managing the Environmental and Regulatory Challenges (“Article”).
The Article addresses a number of issues associated with electronic waste (“e-Waste”) such as:
- Pollution associated with electronic waste
- Federal and State Regulatory Interest (Increasing)
- Potential corporate and individual liability (Penalties/litigation costs for improper disposal)
