Mitchell Williams’ Electric Utility Team has extensive experience representing public utilities before the Arkansas Public Service Commission, the Arkansas General Assembly, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Congress, and state and federal courts.
Team members have handled certification proceedings and rate cases for major electric generation, transmission and distribution utilities, and have participated in many rule-making proceedings. We routinely negotiate utility service contracts and right-of-way easements, and deal with financing, tax issues and the sale or purchase of public utility assets.
