I undertook a February 9th presentation titled Environmental Issues and Real Estate Transactions at a Little Rock, Arkansas National Business Institute seminar .
The seminar addressed a variety of environmental issues associated with the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of residential, commercial and/or industrial properties.
The presentation addressed these issues from the perspective of a variety of the players such as attorneys, appraisers, lenders, real estate brokers, contractors, architects and buyers/sellers, lessors/lessees of improved and unimproved facilities.
