The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) has issued a November 10th notification that it will hold a series of four conference calls to discuss the United States Environmental Protection Agency Clean Power Plan and the Model Trading Rules proposal.
ADEQ states that one week prior to each call the agency will send out a list of items for comment in the proposal pertaining to the agenda for that call.
ADEQ states that stakeholders will be given the opportunity during the call to discuss the agenda items and provide information for the agency’s consideration.
The first call is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18th from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. to discuss:
- Clean Air Act Section 111 Regulatory Framework and Proposed Rule Impacts
