Brent Walker (Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Office of Water Quality) undertook a presentation at the Arkansas Water Works & Water Environment Association annual conference titled Case Study: Observations, Thoughts and Suggestions from a Seasoned Inspector (“Presentation”).
