Mitchell Williams also sponsors social activities to promote interaction among the various practice areas, as well as opportunities to meet and socialize with firm clients. In evaluating candidates for employment as associates with our firm, we first look to individuals with strong records of academic achievement, both as law students and undergraduates. We evaluate work experiences, writing samples and professional recommendations. Impressions formed from personal interviews that suggest an individual's character, judgment, and potential are also carefully considered.
