The Arkansas Recycling Coalition (“ARC”) has announced it will have a Summer 2016 Recycling and Sustainability Summit (“Summit”) on May 17th in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
ARC states that the Summit will feature presentations on:
- a commercial recycling company
- a plastic recycling update
- a sheltered workshop recycling/reuse store
- a food manufacturer recycling program
- a program featuring tax credits, pollution prevention and business assistance
The Summit will be held at the Janet Huckabee Arkansas River Valley Nature Center at 8300 Wells Lake Road from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
ARC states that it has been authorized by the Solid Waste Association of North America to offer three SWANA CEU credits to attendees of the Summit.
