The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (“ANRC”) will hold its next meeting on September 21st.
The meeting will be held at the Batesville, Arkansas Livestock and Forestry Research Station (as opposed to the usual location at the ANRC offices).
The September ANRC agenda includes three substantive areas:

- Jacksonville’s Appeal of ANRC’s July 20 Water Plan Compliance Decision

- Refunding Resolution – Consideration of Resolution Authorizing the Refunding of the Arkansas State Water, Waste Disposal & Pollution Abatement Facilities General Obligation Bond Series 2010A and 2012A
- Consideration of Applications for Financial Assistance
- Change in Terms
- Conservation/Information Division
- Conservation District Board of Director Appointments and/or Reappointments
