The Arkansas Environmental Federation held its annual Air Seminar in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 12th.
Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) Senior Operations Manager Thomas Rheaume, PE, Office of Air Quality undertook a presentation titled Permit Branch Update (“Update”).
