The Arkansas Environmental Federation (“AEF”) has scheduled its annual air seminar for April 12th in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The seminar will address a variety of regulatory, judicial and legislative developments associated with the federal and Arkansas air programs.
The seminar includes presentations by Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality personnel covering issues such as:
- Report from the Director’s Office
- Air Division Branch Update
- Inspection/Enforcement Issues
- Permitting Overview
- Stack Testing
Mr. John Blevins of the Region 6 Office of the United States Environmental Protection Agency will provide a keynote address titled “Next Generation Compliance.”
Other presenters include industry environmental professionals and environmental consultants reviewing issues such as:
- Reporting and Recordkeeping
- Prescribed Burns and PM2.5
- Boiler MACT:2016 Action Items
- Handheld Technology for Environmental Compliance
- PSD, NAAQS and Modeling Updates
Mark Allison, Al Eckert and I will address a variety of judicial and administrative decisions affecting the federal and Arkansas air programs.
The seminar will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn.
