I understand that Ms. Christina Baker has recently joined the Arkansas Public Service Commission as a Staff Attorney.
It is also my understanding that she replaces Ronna Abshure, who has moved to Chicago, Illinois because of a new job opportunity for her husband.
Ms. Baker previously served for nine years with the Office of Public Counsel in Missouri appearing as a utility consumer advocate before the Missouri Public Service Commission. Further, she has over 12 years of experience as an environmental engineer.
Ms. Baker is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Missouri. She also holds a Professional Engineer license in Missouri and Illinois and is in the process of seeking licensure in Arkansas.
Ms. Baker received her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and Masters of Law (LLM) in Dispute Resolution.
