Trinity Consultants (“Trinity”) issued a reminder they will be holding an Arkansas Air Quality Permitting Class on August 11th in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Trinity states that the course is designed for environmental professionals responsible for air quality permitting and compliance management.
While the course addresses basic federal Clean Air Act issues/regulations it focuses on relevant Arkansas requirements. The course topics are identified as:
- Basics of air pollution emissions and controls
- Special federal EPA air regulations, such as NSPS and NESHAP (MACT) rules
- Arkansas air permitting regulations and practices, including recent changes
- Permitting strategies and emissions calculations
- Tips for surviving ADEQ inspections and staying in compliance
