Ass’n No. 70-125-00022-10 (Goldberg, Arb.) (successfully defended against claim for breach of contract); Drummond v. MCSA, LLC, 2009 WL 801766 (W.D. Ark. 2009) (successfully defended against claims for age discrimination and retaliation under the FMLA); G&B Terminal, Inc. v. Herszberg, No. 2:08-CV-95-BSM (E.D. Ark.) (successfully obtained judgment in excess of $3,000,000 for breach of performance guaranty resulting from failure to timely construct biodiesel plant); Casey v. Marks, CV-08-11750, Pulaski County Circuit Court (successfully obtained judgment for property damage resulting from breach of bill of assurance); Martin v. Hudson, CV-07-16701, Pulaski County Circuit Court (successfully obtained judgment in boundary line dispute).
