The Mississippi Commission on Environmental Quality (“Mississippi”) and Innocor Foam Technologies – ACP, Inc. (“IFT”) entered into a January 20th Agreed Order (“AO”) addressing alleged violations of a Clean Air Act Title V air permit. See Order No. 6612 16.
The AO states that IFT operates a facility in Tupelo, Mississippi.
IFT’s Tupelo, Mississippi facility holds a Title V Operating Permit. It is alleged that on March 11, 2015 IFT was contacted by Mississippi and notified that the company had failed:
… to submit a process change notification for approval prior to installing and running the new fiber line which is a violation of the facility’s Title V Operating Permit No. 1540-00046.
IFT agrees to a civil penalty of $37,000.
