As noted in previous blog posts, Arkansas operates a petroleum storage tank trust fund that provides reimbursement for eligible storage tanks of certain corrective action and third party damage claims due to a release of petroleum.
An Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks meets monthly at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality to review reimbursement claims. The next meeting of the Advisory Committee will be on October 30, 2015 at the agency.
