Abby Hart focuses her practice on insurance defense, transportation defense and professional and medical liability matters. She assists in the representation of hospitals and physicians in medical liability defense cases, tort matters and licensing board complaints. She also assists with preparation for trials in federal and state court including drafting motions regarding discovery disputes, motions for summary judgement and motions to dismiss.
