I undertook a presentation at the recent Arkansas Environmental Federation Regulated Waste Seminar titled 2015-2016 Solid and Hazardous Waste Developments (“Presentation”).
The Presentation addressed a variety of federal and state administrative and judicial decisions, regulations, and policies that are either directly or indirectly related to solid or hazardous waste (including recycling) that have arisen over the past 12 months or so.
The Presentation identified and provided additional information regarding topics such as:
